REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

1. The prices given in the “Promotional packages-Hotel only” chart include hotel accommodation fare all include and service tax. Extra personal expenses are not included.   Please note: Rates are calculated on May 20th , 2009 and fares are subject to change without notice.

2. Daily hotel rates expire at noon. Interlink Turismo cannot take any responsibility for  guests who stay on after check out time.

3. Hotel reservations will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of payment. Please read, “Instructions on reservation and payment”.

4. In case of cancellation, a fine will be charged to cover operational expenses. Please see the schedule of fines under the heading “Cancellations”.

5. Interlink Turismo Ltda acts as an agent between attendees and airlines / hotels. Therefore, we cannot take any responsibility for damages, shortcomings or irregularities of any kind resulting from those services.

 
INSTRUCTIONS ON RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

For hotel reservation, please fill out the RESERVATION FORM, specifying how you would like to pay. BOOKINGS WILL BE CONFIRMED ONLY AFTER RECEIVING THE DOCUMENTS BY MAIL OR FAX. Payments should be in full, including all the nights you plan to stay at the hotel. In filling out the Reservation Form, specify your hotel preferences (2 options). Placements will be made on a first come, first served basis. If  your selections are not available when you book, a reservation will be made for you at a hotel of a similar category and price. For payment, please select one of the two options:

OPTION 1: Payment in full by cheques in U.S.$ DOLLARS (payable in the U.S.A.)

Fill out the Reservation Form, and send it together with your cheque.
Cheques should be made out to INTERLINK TURISMO LTDA., signed, and sent by DHL, Federal Express, or certified mail.

OPTION 2: Payment by credit card (VISA , MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS)

Fill out the Reservation Form, providing your credit card number and expiration date. PLEASE, DO NOT FORGET TO SIGN THE RESERVATION FORM.
Send the Reservation Form and a photocopy of your card, as well as of your passaport by fax, DHL, Federal Express, or certified mail.

CANCELLATIONS
Interlink Turismo Ltda must be informed of any cancellation in a written form, by fax or certified mail. In case of cancellation, a fine of 20% of the amount due for hotel reservation will be charged. CANCELLATIONS AFTER SEPTENBER 04, 2009 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Refunds will be made by cheque in US$, payable in the U.S.A.

VISA REQUERIMENTS
PARTICIPANTS SHOULD APPROACH THE NEAREST BRAZILIAN EMBASSY OR CONSULATE TO CHECK THE NEED OF A TOURIST VISA.
